I am Jan Troskie, a mechanical designer with a passion for flying well-designed aircraft. Over 3 decades, I’ve flown most types of light aircraft including ultra lights and RC models. Eventually I obtained a Piper Comanche 260C Shark Nose and rebuilt it to pristine condition. During my 8 years as owner, I came to appreciate this aircraft for all its excellent qualities and superior performance.
